This interactive map opens by showing the location of all MDOT properties. Before using the map, review the legend on the right side to become familiar with the symbology and other information printed on the map. The map tools located at the top of the map are simple to use. Here are a few additional tips.

• Zoom In - Click on the Zoom In Button to Focus in closer on an area of the map.


• Zoom Out - Click on the Zoom Out Button to view a larger area of the statewide interactive map.


• Select Property - Click on the Select Property Button and then click on the property tag in order to zoom in on that property, view additional geographic details and identify the property name and identification (MMC) number. You may need to click on the tag again if the property is not circled on the map.


• Re-center - Click on the Re-center Button and then click on the interactive map in order to re-center the interactive map around the property that you have identified.


• Zoom to Property - Click on the Zoom to Property Button and then click on the property tag in order to zoom in on that property.


• Zoom Full - Click on the Zoom Full Button to take the map back to its full extent after you have zoomed in or out one or more times.
• SDAT - Click on the SDAT Button and then click on any of the yellow property points in order to view State Department Assessment & Taxation data for the surrounding area.
  
  

  Once you have chosen a specific property, the map will open in the Property Page.

  
  

• Property Detail - Click on the Property Detail Button on the side panel to view additional details on this property.


• Location Map - Click on the Location Map Button on the side panel to view a location map of your identified property.


• Interactive Map - Click on the Interactive Map Button in order to return to the interactive map.


• Property Inquiry - Click on the Property Inquiry Button in order to email an inquiry to MDOT Real Estate professionals on this property.


• Legend - Use the Legend Button from the top panel to view a key or legend for the items depicted on the interactive map.


• Layers - Use the Layers Button from the top panel to view the active layers shown in the interactive map. You can select and deselect layers to be shown in the view. Remember to click on the Update Layers Button below the active layers menu in order to refresh the interactive map.
